Business Continuity is a major part of our Strategic IT Plan.

All Continuity plans are centered around disaster recovery and the time taken to restore operations to normal. How do we continue to operate when our IT infrastructure is compromised? How these situations are handled is truly a matter of life or death for most companies. In this day, most companies do not have the ability to get by on handwritten, pen and paper record keeping. This gets into redundancy for critical systems, and speed of recovery in non-critical systems.

All disaster recovery is based around the "Recovery Time Objective" or RTO. In our analysis we will cover which parts of the business need never-down real-time business continuity and which parts can survive on paper until "restore from backup" can be executed, and the proper countermeasures and plans will be put in place to achieve these goals.
